Allegations

The complainant organization denounces the current policy of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment of allegedly systematic and arbitrary rejection of requests of dispensation from the application of collective labour agreements that are declared universally binding. The complainant alleges that through this practice, the Ministry restricts the freedom of association and collective bargaining rights of the parties to the prior agreements concluded at the company or subsector levels
