Decision

1. In the light of the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Committee contained in document GB.353/INS/15/3, the Governing Body:
   • (a) approved the report of the Committee and, in particular, the conclusions formulated in paragraphs 24, 27 and 31;
   • (b) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the representation procedure.
