Pursuant to the report submitted by the Chilean Government on 31 August 2021 under Article 22 of the ILO Constitution, and the document entitled “D.G.T.M. Y M.M. EXENTA N° 12600/12 Vrs” available on the website of the Maritime Authority, the following Classification Societies are determined as Recognized Organizations in Chile, for the purposes indicated in Article 6 of Supreme Decree (M) No. 248; in Articles 7 and 124 of Supreme Decree (M) No. 146, and the obligations derived from the current International Agreements in Chile:
