Article 5(1) of the Convention. Effective tripartite consultations. In its report, the Government indicates that the Amended Rules of Procedure of the Economic and Social Council (ESC) No. 69/19 of 22 November 2019, were adopted with the agreement of all partners in order to ensure social dialogue prior to the submission of legislative proposals. The Government indicates, however, that these amendments do not impact the implementation of the Convention. With respect to consultations on the items listed by Article 5(1) of the Convention, the Government reiterates that the most representative employers’ and workers’ organizations receive the reports on ratified Conventions and responses to ILO report forms in order to obtain their comments. The Committee notes with interest the ratification of the Home Work Convention, 1996 (No. 177) on 27 January 2021, following tripartite consultations. The Committee observes, however, that the Government does not provide the previously requested information on the remaining matters listed in Article 5(1) of the Convention. The Committee therefore reiterates its requests to the Government to provide detailed information on the content and outcome of the consultations held in the Economic and Social Council on all matters concerning international labour standards covered by Article 5(1) of the Convention. Furthermore, the Committee would be grateful if the Government would provide an update as regards the outcome of the consultations held in 2015 and 2016 regarding the possibility to ratify the Labour Clauses (Public Contracts) Convention, 1949 (No. 94).
