The Committee notes that only one of the four reports requested has been received. Three reports, which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments, are still due.

Recalling that technical assistance was provided on these issues in 2023 by the ILO Country Office for Pacific Island Countries, the Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
