Observation on submission to competent authorities (CEACR) - adopted 2025, published 114th ILC session (2026)

Failure to submit. The Committee notes with deep concern that for more than ten years the Government has provided no response to its comments. It recalls once more that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the Parliament of the 13 instruments adopted by the Conference at its 96th, 99th, 101st, 103rd, 104th, 106th, 108th and 111th Sessions.

The Committee once again reminds the Government of the availability of ILO technical assistance to meet its constitutional obligation of submission.
