Serious failure to submit. The Committee notes with deep regret that the Government has yet again not replied to its previous observation. It recalls once more that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the ten instruments pending submission to Parliament, which were adopted during the past seven Sessions of the Conference (2010–19).
