The Committee notes the information provided by the Government in its report that the draft Social Security Code was transmitted to the Office for its opinion. The Committee hopes that the newSocial Security Code will ensure a better application of the provisions of the Convention and requests the Government to keep the Office informed of any progress made in this respect.
