Submission. The Committee notes the Government’s indication that, by decision No. 23/30.09/35/004, the Cabinet approved the tabling before the National Assembly of the following ILO instruments: the Violence and Harassment at Work Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session; the Safe and Healthy Working Environment (Consequential Amendments) Convention (No. 191) and Recommendation (No. 207), 2023 and the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208), adopted by the Conference at its 111th Session; the Biological Hazards in the Working Environment Convention (No. 192) and Recommendation, 2025 (No.209). The Committee requests the Government to provide information once the above-mentioned instruments are submitted to the National Assembly.
