Direct Request on submission to competent authorities (CEACR) - adopted 2025, published 114th ILC session (2026)

Submission. The Committee notes the information provided by the Government in September 2025 indicating that the competent authorities have decided to authorize the ratification of the Convention on a Safe and Healthy Working Environment (subsequent amendments), 2023 (No. 191). In this regard, the Government indicates that the Council of Ministers approved submitting Convention No. 191 to the Cortes Generales to request their approval and proceed with its ratification. The Committee requests that the Government provide information on the submission to the Cortes Generales of the Safe and Healthy Working Environment (Consequential Amendments) Convention (No. 191) and Recommendation (No. 207), 2023 and the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208), adopted by the Conference at its 111th Session.
