Allegations

The complainants object to the rulings of the Undersecretariat of Labour and Social Security of Mendoza Province according to which a direct action measure (workplace meeting) was illegal and the parties involved were required to maintain a minimum 50 per cent level of health and municipal services during a stoppage on the grounds that it constituted an essential public service. The complainants also allege that sanctions were applied against 45 workers who participated in the supposedly illegal meeting
