Decision

Decision
  1. In the light of the conclusions set out in paragraphs 23 to 40 of the report of the Committee contained in document GB.354/INS/9/1 with regard to the matters raised in the representation, the Governing Body:
    • (a) approved the report of the Committee;
    • (b) reminded the Government of Mexico that it could request technical assistance from the ILO, if it so wished;
    • (c) invited the Government to submit, in its next report on the implementation of Convention No. 155, information relating to the Committee’s conclusions, in particular those set out in paragraphs 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 of the Committee’s report;
    • (d) decided to make the report publicly available and declared closed the procedure initiated by the representation.
