Convenio sobre el seguro de enfermedad de la gente de mar, 1936 (núm. 56) - Bosnia y Herzegovina (Ratificación : 1993)

The Committee notes the Government’s report on the application of the Convention. It also notes that there is no seagoing merchant fleet of Bosnia and Herzegovina and therefore there are no seafarers sailing under its flag. Specific maritime legislation, emanating from the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, has fallen into disuse and no new specific maritime legislation has been enacted. The Committee requests the Government to keep the Office informed of any changes in the present situation and to report on any future developments in the maritime sector, which would have a bearing on the application of the Convention.
