Submission. The Committee once again notes that the Government has provided no response to its previous comments. It recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to Parliament of the three instruments on night work, adopted by the Conference at its 77th Session (1990). The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the requested information without further delay.
