The Committee notes that none of the nine reports requested this year have been received, including the first reports on the application of the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 2006 (No. 187), and the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190). Most of the reports due should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

Recalling that technical assistance was provided on these issues this year by the International Training Centre of the ILO, the Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
