Convenio sobre las relaciones de trabajo en la administración pública, 1978 (núm. 151) - Luxemburgo (Ratificación : 2001)

The Committee notes the observations of the Trade Union Organization of Luxembourg (OGBL) received on 13 November 2024, which concern: (i) the criteria for the representativeness of trade union organizations in the public sector at the national level; (ii) the regulation of staff representation in state administrations, services and establishments; (iii) the lack of facilities to be granted to public employees’ organizations; and (iv) the dispute settlement procedure. The Committee requests the Government to provide its comments in this respect.
