Article 9(3). Keeping of registers by employers. The Committee notes that section 24 of the Labour Law, 1997, provides that employers shall post in a visible place at the workplace the regulations governing the employment of young persons as provided for by the Law. Section 65 provides that employers shall keep a file on every worker, which state the conditions of the contract of employment of the worker.
