Submission. The Committee welcomes the information provided by the Government regarding the submission to the House of Representatives of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190), and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, on 12 September 2024. In this regard, the Committee notes with interest the ratification of the Convention No. 190 on 4 March 2025. It also notes the Government’s indication that the Safe and Healthy Working Environment (Consequential Amendments) Convention (No. 191) and Recommendation (No. 207), 2023 were submitted to the House of Representatives on 28 April 2025. With regard to the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208), the Government indicates that it is expected to be submitted before the end of 2025, as it is still under discussion between the competent services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance and the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth. The Committee therefore requests the Government to provide updated information on the submission of the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208), to the House of Representatives.
