Submission. The Committee notes that the Government reiterates the information provided in 2023 indicating that the Minister of Social Dialogue, Labour and Public Service transmitted a technical note to the Prime Minister for the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206), to the National Assembly. The Government adds that it will take the necessary steps to finalize the submission process for the instruments concerned, as well as for instruments adopted during the 111th Session of the Conference. Therefore, the Committee requests the Government, once the submission process is finalized, to indicate the date in which the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206), were submitted. It also requests the Government to provide information on the submission of the Safe and Healthy Working Environment (Consequential Amendments) Convention (No. 191) and Recommendation (No. 207), 2023 and the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208), adopted by the Conference at its 111th Session.
