The Committee notes with concern that the first report on the application of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190), due since 2024 has not been received. The Committee also notes that nine reports were received this year of the 26 requested. Seventeen reports are still due for this country including on fundamental and governance Conventions, most of which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

Recalling that technical assistance was provided on these issues this year by the Decent Work Technical Support Team for the Caribbean Countries and the International Training Centre of the ILO, the Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
