Submission. The Committee notes with interest the ratification of the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 2006 (No. 187), on 6 June 2025. It further notes that the Government sent a communication in August 2025 indicating that: (i) the 2002 Protocol to the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981, is in the process of being submitted to the General Assembly; and (ii) the three instruments adopted by the Conference at its 111th Session are under discussion in the Tripartite Advisory Commission, with the aim of gathering the views of the social partners and submitting Convention No. 191 to the Parliament for approval of its ratification. The Committee therefore reiterates its requests that the Government provide information on the submission to the General Assembly of theProtocol of 2002 to the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981, adopted by the Conference at its 90th Session, and the Safe and Healthy Working Environment (Consequential Amendments) Convention (No. 191) and Recommendation (No. 207), 2023 as well as the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208), adopted by the Conference at its 111th Session.
