Failure to submit. Recalling that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO, the Committee welcomes the Government’s request for ILO technical assistance to strengthen its capacity to submit the ten instruments adopted by the Conference since Palau became a Member of the ILO in 2012. The Committee hopes that the requested technical assistance will take place as soon as possible.It reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the competent national authorities of the ten instruments adopted by the Conference at the following sessions: 101st, 103rd, 104th, 106th, 108th and 111th Sessions (2012–23). The Committee trusts that the Government will soon be in a position to provide the information requested.
