Convenio sobre las relaciones de trabajo en la administración pública, 1978 (núm. 151) - Türkiye (Ratificación : 1993)

The Committee takes note of the observations of the Confederation of Public Employees Trade Unions (KESK), received 31 August 2025, and the responses of the Government thereto.

Article 4 of the Convention.Anti-union discrimination. The Committee refers to its comments made under the Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining Convention, 1949 (No. 98), with respect to the protection of public employees against acts of anti-union discrimination. The Committee firmly expects that the Government will actively take these comments into account to ensure full compliance with the present Convention and Convention No. 98.

Article 7. Procedures for determining terms and conditions of employment. The Committee also refers to its comments made under Convention No. 98, concerning issues related to collective bargaining for public employees. The Committee requests the Government to provide information on the number of collective agreements concluded in the public service and their overall coverage.
