The Committee notes with concern that, the first report on the Work in Fishing Convention, 2007 (No. 188), due since 2024, has not been received. The Committee also notes that 13 reports have been received of the 22 requested. Nine reports are still due including on fundamental Conventions, most of which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

The Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
