The Committee notes with regret that only seven of the 21 reports requested this year have been received. Fourteen reports are still due, most of which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

Recalling that technical assistance was provided on these issues this year by the ILO Country Office for Pacific Island Countries, the Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
