Report of the Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Croatia of the Maintenance of Migrants’ Pension Rights Convention, 1935 (No. 48), made under article 24 of the ILO Constitution by the Association of Trade Unions of Pensioners of Serbia (USPS)

Decision

1. In light of the Committee’s conclusions, and following its recommendations, set out in the report contained in document GB.330/INS/7/2, the Governing Body closed the procedure initiated by the representation.
