Report of the tripartite Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Chile of the Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No. 111) made by the Single Central Organization of Chilean Workers (CUT)

Decision

1. In the light of the Committee’s conclusions and recommendations, the Governing Body:
   • (a) approved the report contained in document GB.347/INS/18/5 and, in particular, the conclusion formulated in paragraph 30; and
   • (b) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the procedure initiated by the representation made by the Single Central Organization of Chilean Workers.
