Report of the Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Serbia of the Minimum Wage Fixing Convention, 1970 (No. 131)

Decision

1. In the light of the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Committee contained in document GB.356/INS/19/3, the Governing Body:
   • (a) approved the report of the Committee;
   • (b) requested the Government of Serbia to provide, no later than 1 September 2026, a report on the application of the Convention for examination by the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations at its 2026 session, including information on the follow-up given to the Committee’s conclusions and recommendations;
   • (c) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the representation procedure.
