Convention (n° 74) sur les certificats de capacité de matelot qualifié, 1946 - Espagne (Ratification: 1971)

The Committee takes note of Royal Decree No. 2062/1999 of 30 December 1999 regulating the minimum level of training of seafarers, and the information sent in the Government’s report, particularly concerning the number of training courses offered and the number of students enrolled in them. It requests the Government, in its next report, to provide fuller general information on how the Convention is applied, such as extracts of inspection reports, data showing the number of certificates delivered, etc. (Part V of the report form).
