Articles 2(2)(c) and 4 of the Convention. Collective agreements. Cooperation with employers’ and workers’ organizations. The Committee notes that, once again, the Government does not specify whether the General Agreement on the regulation of fundamental principles and standards for the implementation of social and economic policy in employment relationships for 2019–21 and several sectoral agreements contain an explicit clause referring to the principle of equal remuneration for women and men for work of equal value, nor does it specify if the above-mentioned Strategy for action provides for the inclusion of such a clause in collective agreements. The Committee therefore once again asks the Government to clarify whether any of the collective agreements in force, including the General Agreement, explicitly provide for equal remuneration for men and women for work of equal value and if the Strategy for action for the period 2021–26 provides for the inclusion in collective agreements of an explicit clause referring to the principle of equal remuneration for men and women for work of equal value.
