The Committee notes that the report on the application of the Migration for Employment Convention (Revised), 1949 (No. 97), which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments, has not been received. It hopes that the Government will soon submit this report in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that it will respond to the Committee’s comments.
