The Committee notes that the three reports requested this year have not been received. These reports should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

Recalling that technical assistance was provided on these issues this year by the Decent Work Technical Support Team for East and South-East Asia and the Pacific, the Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
