Convention (n° 98) sur le droit d'organisation et de négociation collective, 1949 - Antigua-et-Barbuda (Ratification: 1983)

Promotion of collective bargaining in practice. The Committee requests the Government to provide information on the number of collective agreements concluded and in force in the country, the sectors concerned and the number of workers covered by these agreements. The Committee also requests the Government to report on any measures taken to promote the full development and utilization of collective bargaining under the Convention.
