Submission. The Committee notes with regret that the Government has not replied to its 2022 comments. It once again recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore once again requests the Government to provide information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, the Safe and Healthy Working Environment (Consequential Amendments) Convention (No. 191) and Recommendation (No. 207), 2023 as well as the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208).
