Submission. The Committee notes that the Government has not responded to its previous direct request. It therefore recalls the information provided by the Government in 2024 regarding the submission, on 12 September 2023, of the Safe and Healthy Working Environment (Consequential Amendments) Convention (No. 191) and Recommendation (No. 207), 2023 and the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208), to the Secretary-General of the Prime Minister’s Office. Copies were also sent to the social partners. However, the Government did not provide information on the submission regarding the three above-mentioned instruments to the National Assembly, nor on the seven instruments pending submission adopted by the Conference at its 99th, 100th, 103rd, 104th and 106th Sessions. The Committee therefore once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information regarding the submission to the National Assembly of the ten instruments adopted by the Conference at its 99th, 100th, 103rd, 104th, 106th and 111th Sessions.
