Submission. The Committee notes with deepregret that the Government has once again not replied to its 2022 comments. It therefore notes that 60 instruments – adopted at the 26 sessions of the Conference held between October 1976 and June 2023 – remain pending submission to the Legislative Assembly. The Committee again firmly urges the Government to submit to the Legislative Assembly the 60 instruments adopted at the 26 sessions of the Conference held between October 1976 and June 2023.

The Committee recalls that the Government may request the technical assistance of the Office, if it so wishes, to assist it in achieving compliance with its obligations under article 19 of the ILO Constitution with respect to the submission to the competent authorities of the instruments adopted by the Conference.
