The Committee notes with concern that the first report on the application of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190), due since 2024 has not been received. The Committee also notes that none of the reports requested this year have been received. Six reports are now due including on fundamental Conventions, most of which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

The Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
