The Committee notes with concern that, for the second year, the reports due on ratified Conventions have not been received. The Committee also notes that seven reports are now due on ratified Conventions, including on fundamental Conventions, which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

Recalling that technical assistance was provided on these issues this year by the International Training Centre of the ILO, the Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
