The Committee notes with concern that, for the second year, the reports due on ratified Conventions have not been received. The Committee also notes that, 20 reports are now due on ratified Conventions, including the first report on the application of the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise Convention, 1948 (No. 87). The reports due, including on fundamental and governance Conventions, should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments.

The Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
