Convention (n° 135) concernant les représentants des travailleurs, 1971 - République démocratique du Congo (Ratification: 2001)

The Committee notes the information of a general nature provided by the Government. The Committee requests the Government to provide detailed information on the application of the relevant provisions of the Labour Code and of the regulations in force to ensure full implementation of the provisions of the Convention. The Committee particularly requests the Government to indicate the number of cases in which acts of discrimination against workers’ representatives have been detected and the follow-up given to those.
