Convention (n° 14) sur le repos hebdomadaire (industrie), 1921 - Irlande (Ratification: 1930)

Article 1 of the Convention. Scope of application. The Committee notes the Government’s indication that the S.I No. 342/2015 on the Organisation of Working Time (non-application of certain provisions to persons performing mobile road transport activities) Regulations, 2015, removes mobile transport workers from the scope of section 13 of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, on weekly rest. The Committee requests the Government to indicate the legislative provisions regulating weekly rest for workers engaged in mobile road transport activities.
