Convention (n° 87) sur la liberté syndicale et la protection du droit syndical, 1948 - Luxembourg (Ratification: 1958)

Article 3 of the Convention. Right of workers’ organizations to elect their representatives in full freedom, and to freely organize their activities and formulate their programmes. With reference to its previous comments, the Committee notes with regret that the Government indicates that the Grand Ducal Regulation concerning the new mediation procedure under section L.417-3 of the Labour Code has not yet been adopted, without providing further details. The Committee requests the Government to provide information on this subject and trusts that the regulation concerning the new mediation procedure will be adopted in the near future.The Government is requested to supply a copy as soon as it has been adopted.
