Submission. The Committee notes with concern that the Government has once again provided no replied to its 2020 comments. It recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, the Safe and Healthy Working Environment (Consequential Amendments) Convention (No. 191) and Recommendation, 2023 (No. 207), 2023, as well as the Quality Apprenticeships Recommendation, 2023 (No. 208).
