Report of the committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Poland of the Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No. 111), made under article 24 of the ILO Constitution by the All-Poland Alliance of Trade Unions and the Trade Unions Forum

Decision

1. In light of the information presented in the report contained in document GB.325/INS/15/10, the Governing Body:
   • (a) approved the report and, in particular, the recommendation stated by the committee in paragraph 32;
   • (b) made the report publicly available and closed the procedure initiated by the representation made by the All-Poland Alliance of Trade Unions and the Trade Unions Forum, alleging the non-observance by Poland of Convention No. 111.
