Representation alleging non-observance by Slovakia of the Medical Care and Sickness Benefits Convention, 1969 (No. 130), and the Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No. 111), made under article 24 of the ILO Constitution by the Slovak Trade Union of Health and Social Services

Decision

1. On the recommendation of its Officers, and in view of the fact that it had been submitted jointly, and in solidarity with parties that were not trade union organizations, the Governing Body decided that the representation was not receivable.
