Decision
  1. The Governing Body, noting that the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations had not concluded that the allegations made by the complainant organizations implied a violation of the Convention, and on the recommendation of its Officers, decided not to establish a tripartite committee to examine the representation and closed the procedure.
