Representations alleging non-observance by France of the Termination of Employment Convention, 1982 (No. 158), made by the union CGT Ford, the union CGT YTO France, the CFDT Metalworking Union of the Meuse department and the general union CFDT–Transport and Environment of the Aube department

Decision

1. In the light of the information contained in document GB.336/INS/6/3, in particular the fact that the allegations presented in the new representations were the subject of an ongoing examination in the context of an earlier representation made by the CGT and the CGT–FO alleging non-observance by France of Convention No. 158, and taking into consideration the recommendation of its Officers, the Governing Body decided that the merits of the representations would not be examined, in so far as a report on the same facts and allegations was expected from the tripartite committee established by the Governing Body at its 329th Session (March 2017).
