Representation alleging non-observance by the Government of Uruguay of Conventions Nos 95, 98, 151, 154, 155 and 161

Decision

1. In the light of the information contained in document GB.353/INS/16/4, and taking into consideration the recommendation of its Officers, the Governing Body decided to grant a suspension of the examination of the merits of the representation for a maximum duration of six months in respect of the Protection of Wages Convention, 1949 (No. 95), the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 (No. 155), and the Occupational Health Services Convention, 1985 (No. 161).
